Houston Zoo – Houston, Texas
At the Houston Zoo in Texas, they offer a live look at animals from around the world. Watch Asian elephants roam, giraffes nibble on their food, chimpanzees lounge in their hammocks, and rhinos wallow in the mud.
Paignton Zoo – Paignton, United Kingdom
At Paignton Zoo in the UK, they not only have live streams of their animals, but they also offer a virtual tour of the actual zoo. Unlike the other zoos mentioned, at Paignton Zoo there are live web cams of meerkats, flamingos and Sulawesi crested macaque cams.
Hirakawa Zoo – Japan
Hirakawa Zoo is located in the city of Kagoshima in Japan, where they are best known for housing koalas and beautiful white tigers. White Tigers can be streamed live on their website from 9:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. every day. At the Hirakawa Zoo, it is also home to 140 different species, so there are plenty of animals for you to see!
National Aquarium – Baltimore, Maryland
Explore each floor of the National Aquarium in Baltimore, where they offer an interactive aquarium experience where you can “walk” through the museum using their virtual tour system. They offer 360-degree views of Atlantic coral reefs, shark alleys, and tropical rainforests. So start exploring!
Monterey Bay Aquarium – Monterey, California
At the Monterey Bay Aquarium in California, they not only have the animals of the sea for you to see, but you can also take a look at the Monterey Bay. Marine creatures ranging from jellyfish to sharks to sea otters (and many more) there is plenty to see at the Monterey Bay Aquarium.
Dubai Aquarium – Dubai
At the Dubai Aquarium in Dubai in the Middle East, they offer a 360 interactive virtual tour where you can visit their three main exhibits. The main tank, the underwater zoo and the shark week exhibit are the three they offer, but they are especially known for the shark exhibit!
Georgia Aquarium – Atlanta, Georgia
At the Georgia Aquarium in Georgia, this aquarium offers live views of its sea creatures. See sea lions jumping from the water and African penguins strolling. They are especially known for their beluga whales, but there are so many sea creatures that you can see for yourself!
