Recipe inventor Eva has perfected the art of healthy vegan recipes without refined sugar. This German design student is an avid lover of nature, sustainability and well-being. It is a food that uplifts the mind, spirit and body, something we all need today.
Many food inspo accounts on Instagram are filled with greasy, cheesy, carb-laden images. While they may be heavenly to fantasize about, they never make us feel good afterwards and can leave persistent swelling.
Instead, Eve’s creations are healthy for you inside and out. They taste delicious and will make your skin, hair and nails glow as they are naturally packed with minerals and vitamins from fruits and vegetables. But who said that eating something healthy had to be boring or unpleasant?
There are so many colorful and delicious images to see on your feed that it’s hard to choose just one. Take this “Matcha Nicecream” for example, which is a decadent (but healthy) take on matcha ice cream, filled with brownie protein bar bits and puffed red millet.
We adore the healthy versions of junk food she creates, like this meticulously crafted blue ombre pancake pil. It got the blue color from blue spirulina, which gives it even more nutrition. We would love to spend one of our cheat days with this food queen and eat two servings of this!
Sweets are definitely an Eva specialty, but this time, the waffles have a savory mix. Green pea waffles are served with tahini, scrambled tofu, tomatoes, cilantro, and pretty slices of avocado topped with sesame seeds. It’s packed with protein and works for breakfast, lunch, or dinner.
We really can’t forget these pretty bowls of cream, because they look like the refreshing essence of summer, and also, the colors come out so dreamy and creamy every time. This one is half raspberry, half matcha, with kiwi and cookie dough protein bar bits. She was obsessed with the combination and so were we, TBH.
Eva’s crepes are also off the chain. When she visited her food blogger friend in Berlin, she made these crepes filled with raspberry soy yogurt, figs and maple syrup. She notes that crepes are wonderful for their versatility, since you can basically fill them with whatever you want. So many options! Like a sandwich, but much better.
