Sometimes say desserts, croissants and all kinds of baked goods and alcohol is not enough to get a chiseled figure and confidently show off light dresses. Fat burning and your metabolism in general also depend largely on the quantity and quality of the liquids you consume daily. Drinking smoothies is not synonymous with a week-long fast or a liquid diet, or some kind of crazy detox. Smoothies can easily be incorporated into a normal diet and replace a sugary snack.
