Up early

Wake up at the same time every day
Waking up at the same time creates a routine necessary for your body to function normally. Of course, the ideal would be to wake up without an alarm clock, but if you cannot afford such a relaxed pace of life, use the alarm clock, but do it with caution. Wake up with the first ring and try not to fall asleep between numerous alarm clocks ringing. It will only drain your morning energy.
